An experience of beauty, sound, and senses devoted to your inner attunement.  The space will be centered with a seasonally vibrant flower mandala from the blooms at Forest & Flowers Retreat, offering unique medicine as you're immersed in sound vibration that induces deep relaxation and activates the body's natural healing power. 

 Lying comfortably, you'll be guided to stillness with quartz singing bowls and beautiful violin serenades. Flowers will be intuitively placed, while Reiki is offered through the light-touch of hands-on placement on your head and shoulders to support your well-being through the natural life force energy that exists throughout nature. 

 The experience will close with a flower meditation, as the mist of a flower essence rains down on your skin, and your body receives, integrates, and settles into the earth.
