Gong Immersion
This immersive experience leans into the rich sonority of gongs, creating vibrations that travel through the body and awaken physical sensation. Their primal, expansive tones often evoke a sense of dissolution and renewal.
As Monique weaves in the deep resonance of singing bowls, you may begin to feel a low rhythmic pulsing—almost like a “brain massage”—drawing the mind into profound relaxation. No effort is required, but to simply receive the sounds and follow them wherever they lead. More
Mega Surround Sound Bath Concert
Back by popular demand, Monique Mead leads 30 musicians and sound practitioners to envelop you in an immersive soundscape like no other.
Stretch out on a pew, gaze up at the stained glass windows, and absorb the healing sounds resonating from 60+ singing bowls as they blend with the sublime melodies of violin, harp, and flute. Find stillness as the sounds guide you to a space of timeless presence.
We strongly encourage that you bring your own comfort items, such as a blanket or pillow.
Tickets will be available starting in September on the Heinz Chapel Events website.
