Dedicated to promoting peace in the New Year, Monique Mead leads 15 professional musicians and sound practitioners to envelop you in an immersive soundscape like no other.

Stretch out on a pew, gaze up at the stained glass windows, and absorb the healing sounds resonating from 60+ singing bowls as they blend with the sublime melodies of violin, harp, and flute. Find stillness as the sounds guide you to a space of timeless presence.

This hands-on workshop is hands-down the best way to learn to play singing bowls in a fun, creative environment. On four consecutive Saturdays, you’ll practice creating relaxing soundscapes, building one segment at a time until we have a full sound bath to perform for your friends. Saturdays at 3-4:30 PM, Nov. 2-23. $195

Building on the fundamentals learned in Level 1, this training offers new techniques to equip you with musical knowledge and powerful skills that shift consciousness and produce transformative results in your sound healing practice. With your Level 2 Certificate in the Mead Sound Method, you’ll gain access to a full sound bath protocol that effectively reduces stress by 70%, according to a recent study at Carnegie Mellon University.
