Start your morning in the freshness of Schenley Park amidst the healing sounds of nature, harp, singing bowls, and violin!  This unique sound bath takes place under the tent at Schenley Park Café, overlooking the park. 

You might like to take a mindful walk beforehand to attune your senses to the natural soundscape of birds, breezes, and running water that will accompany the experience. At 9:30 AM, we'll gather in the tent, where you'll lie comfortably as the vibrations of singing bowls wash over you, seducing your mind to silence. 

Monique guides the journey with her violin, accompanied by her daughter Isabel on the harp for a nature-inspired sound journey. After the sound bath, you’re invited to linger: enjoy the café, explore the park, or treat yourself to Monique’s homemade gourmet granola with Greek yogurt ($5, cash or Venmo).
